What places do you offer shipping to? 

Currently, we only offer shipping within Canada and the USA. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

What is the return/refund policy? 

We DO NOT offer any returns or refunds. There is no return or refund policy on all products, thank you for understanding. 

How do I take care of my product?

Customers can use wipes to clean the products if necessary. However, the products are not intended for rough handling, extended periods of exposure directly under high heat, or submerging in water. 

Can I customize anything other than phone cases?

Yes, other than phone cases we also take custom orders of keychains. Please DM us through ins: @lachouette_studio for more details. However, subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated so that you'll be the first to know when we open for more custom items. 

Do you have a physical store or pop-up events?

We occasionally have pop-up events in local markets, and we post event details on our Instagram account (@lachouette_studio). Please follow us to keep track of our events.  Thank you for supporting us!
